Refund and returns Policy of SoapyStuff

All our soaps are offered as our best-quality work and we will try and always meet deadlines, deliveries etc to the best of our endeavour.

All our soaps are made by hand and we are a small business, we can not ultimately guarantee that all soaps will be exactly as portrayed on this site, colours, textures and even smells may vary due to mixing etc. However we again try to avoid this to the best of our endeavour.

If you decide to return goods for whatever reason, or decide to cancel any order we will try and replace with a new order, once the ordered goods have been returned. If the goods are damaged in transit, or not faulty then we would ask that the goods are returned at your cost.

Soapystuff trades fairly and openly and our main aim is happy, returning customers, we do not share any client details with anyone and we ask that clients deal with us in the same honest manner.

To anyone else like web designers etc our products, images and this site are covered by copyright and ask that you do not copy or steal any text, images etc.
